All items purchased are not refundable or exchangeable unless of defects upon receiving.
If the item which you ordered is no longer selling, we will do the necessary refund and we will inform you about it.

Some items may not look 100% as described and shown in the pictures.
Please decide and buy at your own risks.
The Shoponblog will not be liable for any loss of parcel by normal mail.
Please double-check your information during checkout carefully.


Amendments of orders are entitled to a S$2 service fee.
Cancellation of orders are free of charge.



Exchange Policy
:
An exchange can be requested if:
- merchandise is defective upon delivery.
- exchange is initiated within 5 days from date of delivery.

 Although this is almost impossible, as we will check the goods before delivery and damage may be done in the process of delivery. To request for an exchange, email to theshoponblog@gmail.com with the following information:

- Take a picture of the defective item (circle the defective area)
- Order number

- Brief description of the defective item

Bank Transfer:

Customers can choose to make payment via Bank Transfer to our DBS/POSB account. If you are transferring from another DBS/POSB account, the transaction will be immediate. If you are using other bank account, the transaction may take up to 3 working days.

Upon successful fund transfer, customers are required to reply to the invoice with the transaction information.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will then be processed

Paypal (including VISA/MASTER)


Customer who choose to make payment via Paypal, they will be directed to the PayPal Website.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you DO NOT have to sign up.
No Paypal account is required to make payment.
Follow instructions in the link to complete the payment.

After completing, customers are required to reply to the invoice sent to their e-mail with the transaction information. Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed.
